NAVFAC CM Basic Training – eContracts for Construction Managers

The intent of this training is to help Construction Managers understand how to better utilize eContracts to successfully administer NAVFAC contracts in accordance with the NAVFAC Business Management System processes. Much of the information presented in this training module was taken from the NAVFAC BMS and input from NAVFAC construction and acquisition professionals. Topics include an introduction to eContracts and the capabilities of eContracts, including Contract Management, Reporting and Metrics, and Workload Management.
