NAVFAC CM Basic Training – Schedule of Prices

The intent of this training is to help Construction Managers understand how to review, approve, and use a Schedule of Prices to ensure proper, timely progress payments to the Contractor. It also provides guidance on how to properly review and process an invoice once received from the Contractor. Much of the information presented in this training module was taken from the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Business Management System, and input from NAVFAC construction professionals.
