This training provides notification to you, as an agency employee, with respect to your rights and protections under antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Participants in this training should: understand the basic provisions of the No FEAR Act; know what Antidiscrimination and Whistleblower Protection Laws protect you; and understand how to file a complaint alleging discrimination, retaliation, or a violation of the Whistleblower Protection Laws. This course fulfills requirements defined in 5 CFR 724.203; P.L. 107-174, Sec. 202, 13 May 2002; and DoDI 1400.25, vol 410, 25 Sept 2013.
