The purpose of this training is to increase your understanding of the Naval Acquisition Development Program, provide guidance on the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the development of NADP employees, and focus on how NADP policy and procedures pertain to you. The future success of the Department of the Navy depends on having a highly skilled workforce. The shortage of journey-level federal employees requires us to leverage developmental programs and train an Acquisition workforce for the future. The goal is for you to graduate and be highly motivated, competent, and a responsible member of our Acquisition workforce.
