The intent of this training is to assist Construction Managers with understanding their roles and responsibilities in order to complete contractor performance evaluations. The information provided should give the construction manager a general understanding of what CCASS evaluations are and why they are important. Topics include the functions of CCASS, the three different types of CCASS evaluations, and the five possible performance evaluation ratings.
