NAVFAC CM Basic Training – CPARS and ACASS/CCASS Evaluations

The intent of this training is to assist Construction Managers with understanding their roles and responsibilities in order to complete contractor performance evaluations. The information provided should give the construction manager a general understanding of what CCASS evaluations are and why they are important. Topics include the functions of CCASS, the three different types of CCASS evaluations, and the five possible performance evaluation ratings. The primary responsibilities of the construction manager will be explained and some best practices provided. Part of the NAVFAC CI Construction CM Basic Training series.
